An aviation inspired tool to help folks navigate their day of intermittent fasting and calorie tracking. This rev of the app is all about giving visibility to the data required for success right now (today).
The tool can be used for just counting calories as well or just fasting! That being said it is really optimized for both. Calorie Pilot will work nicely with most if not all daily IF type routines (Leangains, Warrior, Eat Stop Eat, 8 Hour Diet, etc). Our IF window timer is simple allowing the user to set it and forget it!
This app is easy to use. The hard part is up to you guys! If you can stick with an IF plan you will be delighted with the results!
